ACOSGRAF have the pleasure to announce that since today we are building special dryers designed to achieved perfect results when using the Danish inks DST.
In the recent years Acosgraf has been highlighted as one most versatile and attentive European machinery provider. As proof of it in the recent times new machines have been launched to meet our national and international customers demands.
Last year the new Danish ink supplier DST present in Portugal a new solution to make textile transfer that combines digital printing with conventional screen printing. This process had a really good acceptance for its simplicity of processes and results, which led to a large domestic market acceptance.
After some months from the DST launch in Portugal, Acosgraf together with their customers found some drying problems in that system. Those problems occur first in the Red and Dark colors and the finishing results are not so good. After some tests we found that this problem occurs a little all over Portugal and Europe. So after 8 months from study and tests, and with the effort from the technical department and our customers Acosgraf is proud to say that the solution is found and the results cannot be better.
So I’m very proud to say that Acosgraf is able to build such a dryer that can have optimal results when using and drying DST inks. I inform you Sirs also that there is 1 printing line working in Denmark for 2 months now and the results are 100% satisfactory.
